Location: Westchester, IL Workplace type: Hybrid The Ingredion HR Team is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic college student to join the organization for an internship during summer 2026. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various HR Leaders in Inclusion and Belonging, and Internal Communications, provide support and guidance to achieve and impact in the HR Goals of each function. We are looking for someone with a great service attitude, is results-focused, and has strong project management with a strong initiative to improve status-quo and incorporate change in a dynamic and agile work environment.

What you will do

Assist on Global Inclusion Week and BRG Affinity month initiatives and communications Support local Impact Team on Summer Employee Activities and Engagements Assist with annual CEO Awards process, communications and testing as needed Collaborate with the I&B, Sustainability and Communications team to develop engaging campaigns to improve and demonstrate culture and purpose. Improve our employee experience, providing ideas, support and improvements for Ingredion’s internal video channel.
