Operations Intern, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario Ready to take what you’re learning in school and put it to work? This is an on-site internship with an anticipated start date in May. Ideally, you’ll be available for a 4- to 8-month term.

Temporary living allowance for interns moving to the area for the role. What You’ll Do Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and learn how a modern sawmill operates. Explore production processes and discover how teams work together to safely produce quality wood products. Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and production performance. Analyze data and observations to identify opportunities for improvement across mill operations. Work alongside experienced operations professionals while building leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. What You Offer You are working toward a degree or diploma in Wood Products Processing, Business, Operations Management, Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Supply Chain, or another industry-related program.
