Job Description

Département Droit des sociétés - Droit boursier et Gouvernance Au sein du Département Droit des sociétés/Droit boursier & Gouvernance, le/la juriste stagiaire intervient notamment en collaboration avec le Responsable du Département, auquel il/elle est directement rattaché(e), notamment sur les missions suivantes sur les missions suivantes : Gouvernance et droit boursier Participation à la rédaction du Document d’Enregistrement Universel déposé auprès de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers ; Participation à l’organisation de l’Assemblée générale des actionnaires de la société Ipsen S.A. cotée sur Euronext Paris, impliquant la préparation de la brochure de convocation intégrant ordre du jour, projets de résolutions, rapport du Conseil d’administration ; Contribution à la préparation des reportings gouvernance aux autorités de contrôle, préparation et diffusion des déclarations destinées à l’AMF ; Participation au sui
