RESPONSIBILITIES

The Human Resources Training Intern will support the Human Resources team in the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of employee training and development programs. This internship provides hands-on experience in learning and development, employee onboarding, training administration, and manufacturing operations.

The intern will work closely with the Human Resources Manager, Training Specialist, department trainers, and operational leaders to help ensure employees receive the training and resources needed to perform their roles safely and effectively. The position offers valuable exposure to Human Resources, organizational development, learning management systems, and employee engagement initiatives. Training Administration (35%)

• Assist with maintaining employee training records and qualifications.
• Support data entry and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Help upload, organize, and update training materials and learning resources.
• Assist in tracking employee completion of required training programs.

Training Coordination (25%)

• Support scheduling and logistics for site-wide and departmental training

sessions.

• Prepare training materials, sign-in sheets, presentations, and training

documentation.

• Coordinate room reservations, equipment setup, and communication with

attendees.
