Financial Planning Intern

JMG Financial Group, Ltd. is one of the largest independently owned fee-based wealth management firms in the Chicago area. JMG is seeking part-time Financial Planning Interns to join the team for the summer of 2027 in our Downers Grove office 4 days a week from June 7 through July 29 (8 weeks).

This individual must possess excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills and must be able to work in a fast-paced professional office environment. The goal of the program is to provide hands-on experience and exposure to the wealth management industry.

Participants will gain experience in the areas of finance, income tax, estate planning, financial planning and investments. This is a great opportunity for students entering their senior year looking to join a reputable wealth management firm to learn more about the financial planning field.

Education: Interested candidates must be a rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in the area(s): Financial Planning, Business Administration/Management or Finance.
