Accountabilities Research and compile risk exposure information to support insurance policy renewals and broader risk management activities. Review, audit, and track incoming and outgoing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to help ensure compliance with contractual and organizational requirements. Maintain and update insurance policy databases, including coverage details, policy records, renewal dates, and related information. Collect, organize, and validate insurance and risk management data from internal stakeholders. Support the preparation, organization, retention, and management of insurance documentation and records. Contribute to special projects and additional initiatives that support the effectiveness of the Risk Management & Insurance function.
