During our 11-week rotational internship, you’ll work alongside Credit and Commercial Banking professionals to gain a well-rounded, hands-on understanding of the key areas that support success in the Commercial Banking line of business. Through structured rotations, exposure to client-focused work, and opportunities to learn from experienced team members, you’ll build foundational knowledge and practical skills that can prepare you for entry-level opportunities at JFG. This immersive experience is built to help you explore your interests, strengthen your skills, and better understand where your talents may align within Commercial Banking and the financial services industry.

You’ll gain experience in the areas of

CREDIT: Learn the 5 C’s of Credit and gain exposure to the credit analysis process alongside the Credit team. SALES: Attend client meetings with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and observe how strong client relationships are built and supported. TREASURY MANAGEMENT: Partner with the Treasury Management team to gain insight into consultative sales and the products and solutions that help clients manage their business needs.
