During our 11-week rotational internship, you’ll work closely with our Credit and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) teams to gain a well-rounded, hands-on understanding of the key pillars that drive success in the CRE line of business. Through structured rotations, you’ll develop the foundational knowledge and practical skills that will prepare you for entry-level opportunities at JFG. Our goal is to provide you with an immersive learning experience that not only deepens your understanding of financial services but also helps you discover where your interests and strengths align within Commercial Real Estate.

You’ll gain experience in the areas of

CREDIT: Understand and apply the 5 C’s of Credit while working with the credit team to learn the credit analysis process and how lending decisions are supported. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT / SALES: Assist Relationship Managers through the sales process, prepare materials for the credit approval process, support life-of-loan responsibilities, deliver portfolio management reports, and attend select client meetings and property visits with Relationship Managers. FUNDING: Work with the funding team to ensure loans are properly monitored and serviced, within budget, and in accordance with credit approval.
