Job Description

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Production Planning Co-Op, located in Warsaw, IN. The Production Planning Co-Op will support the planning team with basic scheduling, data maintenance, reporting, and production follow-up activities. This role provides a college student with practical experience in manufacturing and supply chain planning while working under the guidance of experienced planners.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and updating weekly production schedules based on established priorities. Create and update work orders in the planning system under the direction of a production planner. Review basic material and inventory information and communicate potential shortages to the planning team. Maintain planning data, spreadsheets, reports, and scheduling trackers. Communicate production priorities and schedule updates to manufacturing partners. Follow up on open work orders and help document schedule status. Develop / support routine production planning metric
