Job Description

The Warehouse Operations & Analytics Co-Op will support critical supply chain and warehouse operations within the CAR-T manufacturing network. This role provides hands-on experience in capacity planning, inventory management, operational analytics, and process optimization within a highly regulated cell and gene therapy environment. Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams, the Co-Op will leverage data analytics, Lean methodologies, and project management skills to identify opportunities for operational improvement, support strategic initiatives, and help ensure the efficient flow of materials that enable life-changing therapies to reach patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine data-driven decision making with real-world warehouse operations, allowing the Co-Op to develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills while contributing directly to business-critical initiatives.
