The successful candidate will take part in a program designed to provide an overview of sustainability in a corporate, specifically agricultural-focused, setting. Through project work, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with business partners across the organization to see how sustainability impacts every aspect of our business.

You will also participate in organized activities with interns from across the company, providing additional networking and learning opportunities.Responsibilities Internship responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Assist with strategic target / goal setting. Gather responses and report on the ESG metrics defined in the Meat Institute’s Protein Pact. Participate in sustainability-related committees / workstreams (sustainable packaging, regulatory / compliance, decarbonization, etc.). Ad hoc ESG-related projects as necessary. Work closely with your assigned coach, who will mentor you and help further enhance your internship experience. Education
