Active collaboration in a fast-growing company Work-life balance: flexible working hours, full compensatory time off for accumulated overtime and monthly allowance for home-office A lot of responsibility in an international team, right from the very beginning Office in the middle of vibrant Berlin-Kreuzberg Regular meetings with the international teams Competitive salary (Bachelor/Master 600€/month) Your tasks and responsibilities Customer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in Portuguese), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp Partner Relations Management: You handle the contact with our existing partners (camp organizers & language schools) and help build & maintain strong relationships (creating & updating programmes, adding new trips, maintaining availabilities) Sales & Acquisition Management: You identify and acquire new Portuguese summer camp organizers, broaden our overall partner network and maintain our database. You also identify and acquire external sales partners. Product Management: You create and maintain camp content on your platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, illustrations) Digital Marketing Management: You work on our main online marketing channels (SEO, GEO, social media & newsletters) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools. Your profile You like working with an ambitious team You are customer-oriented and communicate clearly and empathetically via phone, email, and WhatsApp You are well-organized and able to manage several processes at the same time (bookings, partner communication, content creation) You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details and a perfect grammar You are fluent in Portuguese and English Knowledge of other languages (Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian) is a plus You are interested in developing your career in a dynamic, intercultural environment The internship is mandatory part of your university program and lasts at least 5 months Bonus: You attended a summer camp - as a participant or as a camp counselor About Juvigo Juvigo is Europe’s most comprehensive booking platform for holiday camps and youth trips and one of the fastest growing tourism companies in Europe.
