District Overview The Underground District has been constructing underground facilities for over 70 years and is recognized as a leader in the tunneling industry. We have completed more than 100 underground-related projects totaling more than several billion dollars. Our work includes projects related to transportation, water/wastewater, environmental facilities, power, mining, and telecommunications.
