Position Summary

Kohler is seeking a motivated and technically curious student to continue and expand upon the AI Agent initiatives launched during our Summer 2026 Digital Internship Program. This part-time role provides hands-on experience in generative AI, agent development, automation, and enterprise technology while contributing solutions that support associates across the organization. This role will build upon foundational work completed during the Summer 2026 Digital Internship Program, helping scale and enhance AI agent solutions that improve productivity, knowledge access, and business processes. The student will work closely with Digital and business stakeholders to design, build, and improve AI-powered solutions using modern Microsoft AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents and Power Apps / Power Automate solutions that solve business challenges. Build integrations between AI agents, enterprise systems, and knowledge sources. Enhance and expand existing AI solutions developed during the Summer 2026 internship program. Support testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement of agent performance. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources. Collaborate with Digital teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Follow security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
