What you will do

Our Toronto office is seeking undergraduate students to join the team as a Co-op in Winter 2027 as a part of our Deal Advisory, Valuations - Real Estate practice. Our Real Estate Advisory and Appraisal Team Our Real Estate Advisory and Appraisal team undertakes valuation assignments on a variety of assets across Canada. We also complete real estate portfolio reviews for both National and Global groups. Our team is responsible for providing valuation services to public and private companies ranging from large multi-national companies to owner-operated businesses in a broad range of industries. Our professionals combine their knowledge of relevant valuation standards with their technical understanding across a wide range of sectors to understand the nature of each property and identify key factors impacting the value of the asset being appraised.
