Business Insights & Analytics Intern - Animal Nutrition Pay: $25/hr Position Duration: May 2027 – July 2027 Position Location: Arden Hills, MN As a Business Insights & Analytics Intern, you'll work alongside business leaders to help optimize pricing decisions and drive profitable growth for the Animal Nutrition business unit. Through hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration, you'll gain exposure to how data, market dynamics, and business strategies come together to influence decision-making.

During the internship, you will

Analyze pricing, sales, market, and profitability data to identify business opportunities and support strategic recommendations. Partner with Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand how commercial decisions impact business performance. Learn how market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and commodity dynamics influence pricing strategies. Develop data analysis, business storytelling, and decision-making skills through real-world projects. Create and present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders. Gain exposure to the agricultural and animal nutrition industries while building a strong understanding of commercial strategy and revenue management. Collaborate with peers, mentors, and leaders across the organization. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with junior standing or higher. Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Management, Economics, or related fields. Demonstrated interest in using data to solve business problems. Experience working with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
