BASIC PURPOSE

The Compensation Intern provides support to the Total Rewards team by assisting with compensation analyses, market research, survey participation, reporting, and administrative projects. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation and human resources while developing analytical, business, and communication skills. The intern will work closely with Compensation team members and business partners to support projects that contribute to competitive and equitable pay practices across the organization.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with data collection, validation, and organization for compensation projects and initiatives. Support participation in compensation surveys by gathering information, reviewing data, and assisting with survey submissions. Conduct basic market research and assist in compiling external compensation data for analysis.
