Internship HR Marketing & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Time period

From mid February 2027 for a period of 6 months

Tasks

Support in the conception and implementation of various activities in personnel marketing and employer branding, such as campaign roll-outs Support in the implementation of communication measures for internal as well as external communication channels (e.g. social media, career website, intranet) Supporting the coordination of international collaboration with our HR marketing experts on strategic projects and initiatives Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of various events Research and preparation of decision papers as well as current analyses in the area of Employer Branding Operational support and own idea contribution for the HR Marketing and Employer Branding

Requirements

Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered Enrollment in a business administration, business education, communication science or similar degree programInitial experience in the area of personnel development/HR marketing is an advantage Strong IT and social media affinity Very good knowledge of English and proficient use of MS Office Independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working Communication skills and organizational skills
