About the Role

You will report to the Manager, Continuous Improvement within the Global Operational Risk and Resilience Oversight (ORRO) team within Manulife's Risk Function. As part of the Governance and Strategy team, you will help deliver innovative reporting, analytics, and process improvement solutions that support Operational Risk excellence across Manulife. This role is ideal for students interested in data analytics, AI solutioning, business intelligence, reporting, process automation, and emerging workplace technologies. You will contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards, Power Apps solutions, CoPilot Studio Agents, reporting processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to enterprise governance and operational risk management practices.

Position Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting: Help collect and analyze operational risk data, contributing to the preparation of risk reports and dashboards for senior management. Process Improvement: Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements related to risk management and governance frameworks. Deliver on Data Insights: Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to senior leadership and business partners to support data-driven decisions. Risk Data Management: Assist in the generation of leadership reports and ensuring accuracy in the data being reported, this includes performing data validation to ensure integrity and reliability of reporting outputs.
