About the Program Join Marotta Controls’ Engineering internship/Co-Op Program and take your classroom knowledge into the real world of aerospace and defense. As a Control Systems Engineering Co-Op, you’ll gain hands-on experience in systems engineering work products, such as systems engineering management plans, requirement management, system analysis and simulation models, and documents while working alongside industry experts. You’ll apply mechanical and aerospace engineering principles to real projects, receive mentorship, and present your work to senior leadership at the end of your rotation. Along the way, you’ll also network with other interns and employees through professional development and engagement events. Internships are available with a variety of teams across the Power and Actuation Business Unit, design, production, quality, or test/development engineering.
