Pet Nutrition Packaging Co-Op Internship Experience As a Pet Nutrition Packaging R&D Intern or Co-Op, you will be responsible for the below: Lead and execute packaging innovation projects under the guidance of packaging associates. Perform packaging sustainability assignments to help meet Mars sustainability goals. Collaborate with cross functional team members including product development, project management, finance, marketing. Develop detailed packaging specifications. Initiate, coordinate and execute line trials at co-manufacturers to confirm that quality attributes and performance metrics are achieved. Coordinate the creation of high-quality prototypes to gauge consumer desirability, influence teams and support collaboration.
