Mars Snacking Factory Innovation Internship Experience As a Mars Snacking Factory Innovation Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas: Product, process, and packaging development Site Manufacturing and Engineering Teams Compliance functions including quality & food safety or scientific and regulatory affairs. Sensory Work with a Line Manager who will serve as your day-to-day, on-site mentor to provide guidance throughout the experience.

What we’re looking for

Proactive, curious, and passionate with a strong drive for results, a hunger to learn and an eagerness to quickly build relationships across the organization enabling them to support our R&D day-to-day operations. Enthusiastic about our iconic brands, research, innovation, and the consumer products industry Pursuing degrees in Chemical Engineering/Food Science, or other related engineering disciplines Excited about leveraging data to make decisions that drive efficiency Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date.
