A day in the life. MMA's internship is a comprehensive program that will provide you with real world business, risk management, and insurance experience. Learn to apply the concepts you’ve learned in the classroom through project work and client interaction. You’ll also develop professional skills that will serve you for the rest of your career. Marsh McLennan Agency’s internship program gives you the chance to find your interest and place in the insurance industry. MMA’s goal is to provide insight into all areas of the insurance industry and act as a springboard into full-time careers in the role you desire. Our internship will focus on the tools needed to build a solid foundation in Employee Health & Benefits and Business Insurance. Each intern selected for the program will gain exposure in account management and benefits analysis as well as our agency and industry overall. Elements of the internship program include lunch & learn sessions, analyzing client information, researching for ad-hoc projects, carrier field trips, and a final group presentation delivered to the senior leadership team.
