Marketing Intern

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a full-time, limited-term Marketing Intern to join our Greenhouse Gas Reduction (GHGR) Marketing Team in either our Madison (Middleton) or Milwaukee (West Allis), WI office. This internship is anticipated to begin in May/June 2027 and continue through August/September 2027. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience while supporting a collaborative team in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. The intern will help ensure marketing materials and activities remain consistent with Mead & Hunt brand standards while developing practical experience with marketing data, systems, and processes. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the GHGR Marketing Team with brand compliance, marketing information management, and day-to-day coordination of marketing materials and activities.

Responsibilities include

Supporting the review and maintenance of marketing materials to help ensure compliance with Mead & Hunt brand standards. Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in aec360, including employee, project, client, and marketing-related data. Assisting with the organization and quality review of resumes, project descriptions, qualifications materials, templates, and other marketing content. Helping identify outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent information and coordinating updates with marketing and technical staff. Supporting the development, formatting, and proofreading of marketing materials and internal communications. Assisting with file organization, document management, and other marketing process improvements. Collaborating with marketing professionals, project managers, technical staff, and other team members to gather and maintain accurate information. Supporting other marketing activities and special projects as assigned. Developing marketing, communication, and data-management skills with mentors
