Core Responsibilities

Participate in best-in-class commercial credit training and gain valuable experience over the course of a yearlong internship Learn how businesses operate by analyzing financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and other factors used to evaluate creditworthiness Work alongside analysts, managers, and lenders to support real-world commercial lending decisions Explore career opportunities within commercial banking and build a foundation for future roles in lending, business development, and bank leadership Why Mercantile Bank?
