Mission: As an Engineering Intern at Metalsa, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside Controls and Reliability Engineers. This role provides exposure to real-world projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll assist in improving processes, supporting various engineering functions, and contributing to special initiatives that drive productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support systems and process controls by managing documentation of projects

and standard work instructions.

• Assist Controls engineers on projects & improvements

• Assist the Process Engineering Team with productivity improvements and

special projects to enhance operations.

• Support the team with tasks like quoting, implementing, purchasing and

launching processes, while providing shop floor assistance.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
