As a Business Program Management Intern (Retail Team), you will join Microsoft's Retail Team and help drive strategic programs and initiatives that support our retail business. You will identify, define, and design opportunities to develop new programs or improve existing ones. You will advocate for and demonstrate the value of your initiatives through clearly defined metrics, helping to secure buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers. You will also monitor program performance, ensure alignment with business objectives, and contribute to change management and continuous improvement efforts.
