The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Labs Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. We are seeking a motivated and innovative Intern to join our Business Enablement team within Global Clinical Trial Operations. You will be assigned a specific business challenge and will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a technology-based solution to solve it. Key Responsibilities

Develop Digital Solutions & Automations: Assist in designing and building solutions using tools relevant to your project, which may include Python, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), or AI/Copilot functionalities. Process Optimization: Help streamline repetitive, time-consuming tasks (such as Excel-based data transformation or validation) by building robust automated tools. Enhance User Experience: Contribute to projects aimed at transforming static documents into interactive digital experiences or intelligent support tools. Project Delivery & Quality: Manage your assigned deliverables from requirement gathering to final handoff, ensuring solutions are reliable, well-documented, and user-friendly.
