The Future Talent Program features internships lasting up to 12 weeks and includes one or more project assignments. These opportunities within our Global Support Functions provide valuable professional development and a chance to determine whether our company is the right fit for your long-term career goals. Interns will be based at our global headquarters in Rahway, New Jersey. We are committed to developing future finance leaders through our Finance Future Talent Internship Program, a 12-week experience that provides meaningful finance exposure through project assignments, interactions with senior leaders, and networking opportunities. Our Finance organization brings financial perspectives into strategic and tactical decision-making across the company. We leverage state-of-the-art techniques in financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting, and performance evaluation to help advance medical innovation and improve lives. Program Overview & Responsibilities By joining the Finance Future Talent Internship Program, you will gain insight into how our company fulfills its purpose of inventing medicines and vaccines to improve people's lives. Finance Future Talent Interns will participate in a 12-week program focused on practical, hands-on experience in a finance role. Responsibilities may include forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, operational risk management, process improvement consulting, management of currency and other financial risks, and support of key finance business processes.
