2027 Future Talent Program – Global Clinical Supply - Intern

Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Labs Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. The Global Clinical Supply Intern will support strategic and operational initiatives within GCS while gaining exposure to the end-to-end clinical supply chain. Interns will lead meaningful projects that contribute to business objectives, operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement efforts across a global organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside leaders and subject matter experts while developing analytical, project management, and business acumen skills within the pharmaceutical industry.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead one or more high-impact projects supporting Global Clinical Supply priorities. Analyze business processes, operational data, and supply chain information to identify improvement opportunities. Support development of dashboards, reports, process maps, and business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Quality, Logistics, Packaging, Digital, Clinical Operations, and External Partners. Participate in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives. Develop recommendations supported by data and present findings to leadership teams. Contribute to process documentation, governance activities, and knowledge management efforts. Support project management activities including planning, risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and progress tracking.
