Job Description

Manufacture Nevada is seeking a Business Intern to join our statewide team working out of our headquarters on the third floor of the Innevation Center located at 450 Sinclair Street, Reno, NV 89501. The right person for this position is an enthusiastic team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail. Responsibility and flexibility are important; project timelines are often subject to change, and some projects may arise that require fast turnaround times. The successful candidate will appreciate working as part of a team of professionals to meet team goals and deadlines. You can find out more about our program at ManufactureNevada.com. The primary responsibilities of this position include administrative support; document creation, editing, and management; proof-reading; data entry; and accounting support for accounts receivable and accounts payable. Other duties will include supporting program outreach, event coordination, customer service, research, and problem-solving. The successful candidate will prioritize work as needed to meet deadlines, use initiative, make judicial decisions regarding work assignments, and perform most duties without detailed supervision.
