A Day in the Life
- Review project budgets to ensure sufficient funding is available and support financial evaluations of project expenditures.
Conduct financial analyses, including return on investment (ROI) assessments for proposed and ongoing projects. Support the planning, preparation, and consolidation of annual budgets.
- Assist with monthly forecasting activities and variance reporting.
Track and monitor expenses related to capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze variances against budget and forecast. Investigate significant variances and provide supporting explanations and recommendations. Support treasury activities, including commercial paper issuance, posting entries, and related administrative processes. Assist with the preparation and reporting of monthly loan and lease activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support business decision-making. Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reporting as required.
