We are seeking a Human Resources Student for our Canadian Industrial Division in Edmonton, AB that is available for 8 or 12 months starting in January 2027. This position will be under the direct supervision of the Human Resources and Professional Development Manager.

Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Student, you will contribute to our team by:

• Supporting the team through preparation for daily events and follow-up actions (e.g. scheduling and coordinating meetings, making phone calls, maintaining action lists and reminders, and meeting/interview preparation).
• Supporting activities requiring a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Involvement and exposure to various areas of Human Resources such as recruiting, staff planning, training and professional development, and record keeping.
• Composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Analyzing data reports and provide recommendations based on requirements.
• Identifying and correcting data entry errors.
• Addressing any issues, questions, and problems in an accurate and timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
