PennEngineering is seeking motivated, excited, and innovative students for our 2027 Summer Internship Program. Over the course of our 10–12-week summer internship experience you will have the

Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to real world problems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Modeling, drafting, and drawing of fasteners, fixtures, installation or

testing equipment.

• Perform teardowns of target application and/or competitive product. This

includes full disassembly, documentation through pictures and text, review of the technologies through discussions with engineers, and creating a formal report.

• Perform destructive and non-destructive testing, installation, and

measurements.

• Work with sales and marketing to evaluate an idea or concept for possible

market acceptance, communicate product function and documentation for sale and use.

• Coordinate with manufacturing personnel to facilitate samp
