PennEngineering is seeking motivated, excited, and innovative students for our 2027 intern program. As an intern at PennEngineering, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. Join us as we build the future in Engineering!

Over the course of our 10–12-week summer internship experience you will have the

opportunity to

• Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to

real world problems

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support quality engineers in daily activities related to production, product

quality, and process improvement.

• Assist with quality inspections, data collection, and measurement analysis to

ensure product conformance.

• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action

(CAPA) activities.

• Help maintain and improve quality documentation, including inspection

procedures, control plans, and work instructions.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and implement opportunities

for process improvements.
