POSITION SUMMARY

Pepper Construction Company is looking for qualified, intelligent students with a passion for learning about safety in the construction industry to experience life as a Safety Professional with a commercial general contractor. Safety is our first priority, and we are committed to taking the steps necessary to protect our people and to the continuing effort of striving for an accident-free workplace. The Safety Intern position will play a role in developing and promoting our Pepper Safety Culture. This position is primarily field-oriented and is structured to ensure safe work practices are implemented and enforced on all Pepper Construction projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Current college student entering their Sophomore, Junior or Senior year studying Safety Management, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or Occupational Safety during the 2026/2 school year.
