Job Description

Are you interested in an internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in a 3–6 month paid internship opportunity at our site in Nashville. Through this role, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a health technology company.

Your role

• Support the development of artificial intelligence-enabled reporting and advanced analytics for Sales Operations, with an initial focus on Enterprise Strategic Solutions and its strategic customers. You will help improve visibility into sales funnel performance, commercial risks, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze order book activity, including orders removed from and subsequently restored to reported order intake, commonly referred to as debooks and rebooks. You will identify trends, root causes, timing risks, and opportunities to improve commercial processes and decision-making.
• Help automate recurring reports, dashboards, and analytical workflows while supporting data validation and documentation. You will translate complex data into clear findings, business implications, and recommended actions for commercial leaders.
• Collaborate with Commercial Insights and Analytics, Sales Operations, Enterprise Strategic Solutions, Finance, and other business stakeholders. You will formally report to the Commercial Insights and Analytics leader and receive day-to-day coaching from a designated Sales Operations team lead.
• Develop practical experience in artificial intelligence, business analytics, data visualization, stakeholder management, and commercial operations within the medical technology industry. The internship will also provide exposure to potential career paths in Commercial Insights and Analytics and Sales Operations.
