JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern must possess strong business acumen and a dynamic personality as this position interacts with management and business teams on multiple projects to drive performance and support company initiatives. The Intern will design, develop, modify, document and deliver high‐quality analysis and reports that meet the business’s needs and improve overall results. The Intern will also perform a hybrid set of duties to support advanced analytics capabilities within FP&A. This is an on-site role located in Sioux Falls, SD. Responsibilities include: Using financial and operational data to identify and communicate key business drivers, operational metrics, emerging trends, and other key variables. Reviewing and analyzing financial information and providing insights in order to improve business performance. Designing reports or visualizations independently or by interpreting the requirements that management, business, and sponsors provide and translating them into reports that improve operational efficiency and better decision making.
