• Supporting teams in the development and management of employee benefit programs to enhance well-being and attract top talent
• Participating in benchmarking studies to identify industry best practices and develop superior benefits solutions
• Conducting benefit plan analysis to evaluate existing plans and recommend improvements for cost savings and compliance
• Assisting in benefits administration by enrolling new employees and confirming understanding of available plans
• Engaging in agile performance measurement to track progress and identify areas for improvement in benefits delivery
