Qorvo’s Manufacturing Quality Engineering Internships are offered in our Global Operations business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Factory Environment

Working in an assembly factory that builds a large variety of products Tools include die attach, wire bond, SMT, mold presses, vacuum reflow, and other assembly equipment Exposure to very complex and manually intensive construction of “Spatium” end product Provide support to a IQC (Incoming Quality Control) group that reviews all incoming assembly materials
