Qorvo’s Research Scientist Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Assisting in the hands-on development of semiconductor and/or heterogeneous microelectronics assembly processes Failure analysis Data generation and analysis Documentation and presentation of results to the project team

Qualifications
