Qorvo’s RF Design Engineering Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Responsibilities may include

Assist in the design of mm-wave amplifiers and switches in GaAs or GaN as standalone ICs and integrated in modules. Perform linear, non-linear, and electromagnetic (EM) simulations using a combination of commercially available tools. Prepare and present design review(s) to peers summarizing work/results. Measure and analyze RF performance of modules and/or MMICs in the engineering lab. Assist experienced engineers in laminate package characterization, Integrated circuit probe test, measurement, and data analysis.
