Qorvo’s RFIC Design Engineering Internships are offered in our Global Operations business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Responsibilities may include

Contributing to the design of multiple functional blocks including millimeter-wave (mmW) LNAs, PAs, Phase Shifters, Attenuators, Switches, Supporting Analog and Interface circuitry in state of the art CMOS and RFSOI technologies Active device and electromagnetic modeling for high-frequency designs Meeting performance requirements while also considering size, cost, footprint, power dissipation and schedule Working as a member of a team to contribute design schematics, simulations, and real lab data Working with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and power meters to com
