Qorvo’s Test Engineering Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, Connectivity and Sensors and Global Operations business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Responsibilities may include

Support characterization, validation, and production testing of mixed-signal and analog semiconductor devices using Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Analyze wafer sort and final test data to identify yield trends, electrical failures, and opportunities for test optimization. Assist in debugging test hardware, probe cards, load boards, and test programs to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate with product, design, and manufacturing engineers to investigate issues and perform root cause analysis
