RESPONSIBILITIES

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Intern for its Professional Recruiting team within the Talent Acquisition function, to be a strategic partner to our business groups and provide recruiting support to the Professional Talent Acquisition team.

This position will learn all stages of the hiring process from partnering with leadership and HR Business Partners on position requirements, search strategy, candidate management and development, and developing sourcing strategies to target and assess top talent. The Talent Acquisition Intern will also focus on long term talent pipelining of talent for future opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a student who has:

• Human Resources course experience and fundamental understanding of talent

acquisition.

• Fundamental understanding of business methodologies.

• Highly collaborative, motivated and possesses strong organizational skills.

• Solid analytical & problem solving skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Comfortable making verbal and written presentations to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed 3rd year of college (rising senior) with a major in Human

Resources, Communications, Organizational Design or other Business focus.
