Digital Transformation, Performance & Training | Paris We are looking for a Global Retail Intern to join our Global Retail team and contribute to the transformation of how we support, train and engage our retail teams worldwide. This internship sits at the intersection of Retail, Data, Digital and Training. You will work on concrete projects designed to improve operational efficiency, automate recurring processes, strengthen retail performance monitoring and develop new ways of sharing knowledge with our boutique teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Digitalization & Automation Identify opportunities to simplify and automate existing Retail and Training processes using Excel, Power Automate, AI and other relevant digital solutions. Contribute to the development of automated data collection and reporting solutions, including PowerPoint outputs generated from Excel-based databases. Explore how AI and digital tools can improve the creation, management and distribution of retail and training content. Micro-Learning
