The Performance Marketing team’s mission is to drive efficient, data-driven customer acquisition and growth for Robinhood by optimizing paid marketing investment across performance marketing channels like Google and Meta. As Performance marketing intern, you will own performance marketing campaigns across Google and paid social, and are responsible for the full-funnel performance of your campaigns. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you’ll do Manage and optimize day-to-day performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.), monitoring spend, pacing, and performance against targets Analyze campaign data to identify trends, surface actionable insights, and recommend optimizations to improve CAC, ROAS, and other key performance metrics Build and maintain performance dashboards/reports to track campaign results and communicate finding
