Our New York-based social media agency is now accepting applications for our Fall 2026 Internship Program! About Romi Digital We are a dedicated social media agency located in the heart of New York City founded by two Irish Marketeers. We specialize in creating impactful digital campaigns for a diverse range of clients, focusing on innovation, creativity, and delivering measurable results. We work with clients in beauty, hospitality, e-commerce and much more! Internship Responsibilities Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging social media content Assist with managing and scheduling posts across multiple platforms Support daily social media management tasks for a wide range of clients Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas Monitor performance analytics and help evaluate campaign results Assist with basic graphic design and editing tasks Comfortable filming content and being on camera when needed Work closely with team members, communicate clearly, and contribute to group projects Step out of your comfort zone and be willing to try new tasks as needed Learn the many moving parts of agency life from content creation to strategy to project workflows Qualifications Strong interest in social media and digital marketing Excellent written and communication skills Familiarity with key platforms such as Instagram and TikTok A creative eye and an understanding of aesthetic and hooking content Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment Comfortable being on camera for client and agency content Organized, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks Internship Details Period: September - December (20 hours a week) Location: New York City (remote - however, if based in New York, there will be an opportunity to meet at shoots) Compensation: Unpaid internship Eligibility: Open to current college students or recent graduates Why Join Us This internship provides valuable hands-on experience alongside experienced social media professionals.
