What You Will Do

Collaborate directly with manufacturing production floor employees, including operators, inspectors, quality, and test technicians, to solve day-to-day issues and proactively address longer-term projects to eliminate recurring problems. Design tooling to aid the manufacturing process, leveraging additive manufacturing (3D printing) to support production needs. Analyze and support tasks such as layout optimization, flow improvement, building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electronic or electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems. Assist in planning and allocating resources, materials, and personnel to maximize equipment utilization. Conduct studies focused on cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
