What You Will Do
Understand KC-135 systems engineering processes Capture, define, allocate, verify and validate system requirements Perform and support system tests in a lab environment in both informal and formal test events Assist in the collaboration of cross-functional teams to design and implement new KC-135 features
Qualifications You Must Have
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in an applicable discipline and actively enrolled through completion of the internship / co-op session. Ability to be onsite in Cedar Rapids for test events and test environment updates
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with various engineering tools including TNT, DOORS/JAMA, JIRA, PREP, Microsoft, SVN and others is desired Experience (military or civil aircraft) in avionics systems, specifically testing and troubleshooting Working knowledge / understanding of data buses and protocols (Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553B, and ARINC-429) Experience in a Scaled Agile environment using Jira tracking
